Even though I am not Irish , every year around Saint Patrick's Day, I pretend I am just to join in on all the festivities. I usually spend the day with friends, drinking green anything (except beer) and eating my Dad's best corned beef and cabbage sandwiches. It's something I look forward to every year, and even though this year it falls on a Monday, I'm ready to do a jig and throw on my green gear. I have my green outfit picked out, and my mouth is already watering thinking about that sandwich!
Today and Monday I will be sharing outfits on how to "dress up" Saint Patrick's Day with Lulus. I love this outfit because even though it's cold the body suit & tights keep me pretty warm. When I dress for certain occasions I obviously keep the colors in mind, but I usually like to add my own twist to it. I am dressing up two kinds of outfits for this day, one is the "dressy" option, and this is the more "laid back" version for a Saint Patrick's Day party, a parade, or even going to a local bar or restaurant.
What are you doing this Saint Patrick's Day? And if you're Irish I would love to hear some of your family traditions!
