Time Flies

Hello! I hope everyone is having a great start of the year thus far. Since the holidays life has been slowing down a bit, and I am so happy to be back in my normal routine again. Yesterday was our first sign of snow all winter, and I am hoping that we see some more soon! I keep seeing photos of all my friends in the mid west enjoying the snow and I am so jealous! I know I say this now, and once it comes I will feel differently, but I am really craving it right now.

One of my goals for the new year is to travel more, and take more photos wherever I go. I have a bad habit of forgetting my camera lately, and I really want to change that. Ryan and I are still in the middle of planning, and I seriously cannot believe that our wedding is happening in six short months! It's crazy how quickly time has gone by, and how much we still need to do for the big day. Now that the bigger stuff is out of the way I am really excited to plan the finalizing details. There's been a lot of talk about our honeymoon, so we are trying to figure out where we want to go. There's so many great choices- it's really hard to pick! I know I haven't shared much of my wedding planning on here, but I promise once the day comes, I will share everything from the save the dates-to the dress and everything in between! I am trying to keep everything under wraps because I really want it to be a surprise for everyone who will be joining us!

I am in love with neutral colors lately, so this coat is my new favorite transitional piece. I love that it's perfect for dressier outfits, but also can be dressed down if need be. Sticking to my color pops, I of course had to rock my red accessories. This "cold shoulder" sweater has fun cut outs, and also has thumb holes! I love that it's petite because it fits me perfectly! As a small woman, it's SO hard to find items that fit my arms and aren't too long, but this coat & shirt combo are perfect. What are you coveting lately? This year I think I will be rocking a lot more neutral pieces mixed in with color pops, while also focusing on shoes! I have started to really love heels, and I am really excited to mix up my shoe game in 2016!
