I woke up this morning, took a peek outside and realized that it was flurrying. Where did Fall go already? I wasn't ready for a huge temperature drop and especially felt it even more when I got out of my warm car to go into the gym. This type of weather is what I call "shut down" weather. I want to curl up into a ball and not leave my house until I need to do so. This weather for me also calls for lots of layering, scarves and definitely hats.

I pretty much stay the same every year, and every year I wonder when Summer is going to be here, but once it's here I don't want it anymore. That's how I am about a lot of things actually. Things seem a lot different once they're in front of you and finally happening. I took a lot of before photos of my place, that  I am excited to share once I am more settled in. Most of the major stuff is happening this week so it's a crazy time for everyone involved. All of my furniture is being put in place this week, and I finally have to move the odds and ends from my house now. You don't realize how much crap you have until you start boxing it up. Over the years, it's a lot of crap, let me tell you.

I really can't wait to just sit on my couch with a cup of tea with my pup, and relax...Hopefully it'll be here soon enough!

Happy Tuesday! xo

  1. You are the cutest! I am already pining for summer too. It feels like it was fall for a few weeks, and now winter is already here. I love summer so much, but I am the same way as you about other seasons. I actually love winter for about two weeks before Christmas and can't wait for it, but the day after Christmas I'm over it and want it to go away.

  5. So many colors! I'm glad you went this route when everything got cold. I woke up to snow on the ground and already am feeling the S.A.D. coming on. We need more bright colors when the snow starts! Get it girl.
