Morning Routines & Healthy Choices




Let me start this post off by saying I am not really a morning person. Being on the go and making quality time to fit in the proper meals is tough. Usually Ryan and I plan out most of our meals, making them all on a weekend night so we have enough to eat throughout the week. Breakfast is tricky though, you can't really pre-make it, and it's hard to find something that's just right.

My schedule varies day to day, depending on work/blog life so it's important to me that I fit in my workouts and also make sure that I'm keeping up with my clean eating habits. Recently, running has been in my agenda and even though it's a struggle- I am getting better by the day. I try to run approximately 2-3 times a week, and sometimes I get it done in the morning before work. On those days I really need a quick & healthy on-the-go meal. That's where Naked Juice comes into play. It has no added sugars and preservatives, and it's perfect for anyone on the run. I don't have all that time to cut up fruits and veggies so if you can't eat 'em-drink 'em! The awesome thing is, I can go right from the gym to where I need to be, and have my post workout already packed.

I was really excited that I got to try some of their newest flavors. I am really loving their Berry Almond Nutmilk, and the Kale Blazer. Both are full of vitamins, and they both taste delicious. It's also amazing that with one bottle of Berry Almond Nutmilk, I get 11g of protein; it's perfect for a post workout! Their other new flavors include Bright Beets, Proteins & Greens, Chia Cherry Lime and Chia Sweet Peach.
