Healthy Living Recipes : The Meat Lovers Breakfast Sandwich

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Jimmy Dean, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #RedboxBreakfast http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

Growing up in my house meant that my Mother cooked a special breakfast for us every single weekend. We would wake up, plop ourselves in front of the TV and wait for the smell to come from the kitchen. It's funny how we associate certain foods with certain memories right? One of my memories when moving to the US from Cyprus was my parents always cooking delicious breakfasts for us. It was usually eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes, and of course Jimmy Dean sausage.

When I found out I would be teaming up with Jimmy Dean I instantly remembered the old days where the weekends meant the best breakfast ever. Since making healthy recipes has been a huge part of the blog lately I couldn't wait to add my own little spin on The Jimmy Dean Meat Lover's Breakfast Bowl.

This recipe is extremely easy, and perfect for those who don't have all the time in the world to cook breakfast every morning. I am NOT a morning person by any means, so quick, easy and delicious are very important things I keep in mind when making breakfast.

To make this awesome breakfast sandwich, you're going to need some simple ingredients. You want to get some fresh raw spinach, some brussel sprouts, and some multi grain toast. The only thing that takes long for this recipe, are the sprouts but if you make them the night before, you won't have to worry about that! Boil your sprouts for approximately 15 minutes until tender, and season accordingly. I usually season them with salt and pepper.

I added some fruits and coffee on the side for a well balanced meal. To purchase your own Jimmy Dean Meat Lover's Breakfast Bowl visit your nearest Walmart!
