Pink Ballerina

Details: Skirt, Sweater , Booties // Urban Outfitters

As I took these photos, it started slowly snowing, and in that moment, everything just seemed so peaceful. Life has been feeling less than glamorous lately. Running from place to place, half finishing projects, working and not getting enough sleep. I got in the car the other day and realized I had a beanie tucked into my sweater accidentally. This is a perfect example of how my brain has been functioning lately. I am half asleep/half coherent and I don't know how I am going to catch up. I am really looking forward to the holidays because I feel like that's the perfect time to relax. The moving is officially finished so now it's just about finishing little projects here and there that need to be done.

I realized that I need to start committing myself to projects I can finish, and not over extending myself all the time. It's a problem I have had lately, and I end up feeling like I did nothing, even though I have been doing a lot. The reason behind this is because I need to do one thing at a time and not 50 things at a time.

Someone once told me that if your room/house is a mess, it's a perfect example of how your life is at that moment. When my life is going well, I am usually living a less cluttered and more organized life. I guess  the two go hand in hand? I know that things will eventually fall into place but in the interim, I am stressed mess!

Hope you guys are enjoying your Tuesday, any plans for Thanksgiving?

  3. Hang in there. This time of year is usually the most stressful for me. It is fun with the holidays, but trying to finish projects and then having to combat all the holiday traffic can be a pain. Your skirt is so adorable! I love how you tucked a sweater into it. Very pretty:) Hope your days slow down and become less stressful:)

  4. Such a lovely outfit, dear! I love how you styled this fancier skirt - I have a few like that and I'm at a complete loss as how to wear them. You look so pretty in lighter shades too!

  7. The house thing is seems very me. Sigh.

However, I do love this outfit. Feminine and reminiscent of dreams of ballerinas without looking like a little girl OR like you about to be en pointe!
