Polka Dot Petite

Details: Dress (on SALE) // Courtesy of Lulus, Necklace // DIY
Booties // Courtesy of Minnetonka , Belt & Sweater // Urban , Tights // F21

This morning was the first morning I got up and felt cold enough to shut the windows and throw a sweatshirt on. That could only mean one thing....FALL IS HERE! Putting on tights has been the best thing that could've happened to me in months. I already ordered a few pairs with different patterns so I have a lot to choose from once it really starts getting colder. What are some of your favorite things about fall? For me I really love the clothing changes that come with it. The deeper colors, the layering, and of course sweaters, boots, and skinny jeans. Of course I also love pumpkin spiced lattes, the leaves changing colors and tailgating at football games.

The fall weather inspires me to visit different places and take a lot more pictures, which is something I don't think I will ever get sick of. A while ago I asked friends on facebook to list their favorite places in NJ that are "photo-worthy." I loved all of the responses, and I can't wait to check some of these places out in person.

This weekend is fun filled with friends, a wedding and work for the first sunday of the football season. Hope you guys have a great weekend! xo

  2. This outfit is darling! That bubble wand necklace is awesome. It's starting to be fall here, too! I wore a pair of tights last night and it was the best thing ever. We also had a torrential downpour last night and it was amazing!

  4. That dress paired with those tights is SO cute on you! Fall is going to be a little different for me wardrobe wise bring pregnant (I don't think they make maternity tights?!), but I am looking forward to layers. I'm still holding on to these last couple weeks of summer though. :)

  7. Your dress is so cute! I think the best things about fall are the pumpkin EVERYTHING, along with the fashion shifts. I'm into longer skirts, heavier fabrics, and coats and cardis. So versatile! Oh and your necklace rocks.

  10. I'm so jealous of your fall weather! Ours won't be here for over a month. I want to wear tights and sweaters like yours! I think those red tights look wonderful with the polka dot dress. I have a black and white polka dot dress too and I can't wait to style it with tights.
