These are so easy to make, I am excited to share my recipe with you today :) I've heard about yogurt covered raisins, blueberries and strawberries but as usual I wanted to try and put my own spin on it.
I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
You want to first mix the yogurt, a handful of blueberries and two table spoons of the PB2 (peanut butter substitute, but 85% less fat calories). Once this is mixed, dip your strawberries in, and put them on parchment paper, and into the freezer for about 20 minutes.
Once they harden slightly, melt some dark chocolate (directions on the package) and drizzle over your strawberries. Throw them back into the freezer for another 20-30 minutes, and then take out and enjoy! You can't really go wrong, and it's an awesome healthy way to cure that sweet tooth!
I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
These look good....love anything quick and simple to make!
