Healthy Living Recipes : Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes

Hey guys! Happy Monday. I was super excited to take these photos in my new kitchen, and really can't wait to put up some pictures of how the house is coming along. This recipe was inspired by my love for all things chocolate, and breakfast of course. I saw a similar recipe on instagram (@skinnygirlfit) and decided to change a few things to make it something I would enjoy.

The recipe is pretty straight forward, you throw everything into a food processor/blender and mix to create a good consistency for pancakes. Pour the batter onto the pan one by one, and keep the heat VERY LOW (this is important) as they will burn otherwise. They take a little bit longer than regular pancakes to cook, so you can use a toothpick to see if they're all finished.

Put your peanut butter in a small bowl and heat for 45 seconds. Once it is somewhat melted use to drizzle on your pancakes, and add chocolate chips as desired.
