Hello
everyone and happy Monday! Today I am bringing you a new favorite
recipe of mine, that I created by basically looking in the fridge, and
hoping for something good..Sometimes the best recipes come from just
putting things together and using your imagination. For this recipe, I
had some leftover grilled chicken from a salad that I used, but
everything else was made right on the spot.
First you're going to have to cook your grilled chicken...It's not seasoned with anything but salt and pepper. You can make it in the oven, or you can cook it on a grill if you have access to one.
Next, pour a little olive oil into your pan with the spinach, garlic and brussel sprouts. The spinach is going to decrease in size so the more you put in, the better for your wrap.
I decided to go with a whole wheat wrap because they're healthier , and taste a lot better too.
Cook your sprouts & spinach for approximately 10 minutes on low heat. Watch the spinach because you don't want it to burn.
When everything is done, put it in your wrap and wrap it up! This meal is perfect for after the gym, or as a great way to make something quick without all the hassle!
This looks so good! I wonder what would be a good chicken option for a vegetarian version of this?
