Hey guys! Happy Monday. As usual I am here to share a healthy recipe with you guys that I am currently loving. I'm huge on smoothies lately, and it's the perfect thing to drink right after the gym, or even before for a pre workout. I saw this recipe on instagram but it was used as an alternative to ice cream. I changed the recipe for myself personally, and actually really loved the result.
First, you want to free bananas (I froze mine overnight) and then when you're ready to make your smoothie just take it out and let them defrost slightly so that you can cut them. Mix the two frozen bananas and the rest of your ingredients together (I used the nutri bullet) until consistency is smooth and ready for drinking!
