Smoothie Recipe // Post-Workout

For years now I have been making this awesome fruit smoothie that I usually drink after my workouts. I decided to share the recipe with you guys because I have already shared it with some friends, and they love it, it has quickly become a part of their daily routine. I like this recipe best because it's the perfect amount of sweet & healthy. The peanut butter is perfect for the protein you need after a workout. I usually don't sit and eat fruit, so this is my way of getting the fruit intake I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What you need:
A banana, 1 tsp of yogurt(I prefer Greek because it's nonfat), blender or magic bullet,
1 tsp of peanut butter, unsweetened almond milk, flax seed, frozen berries(handful of each)

The concoction should end up looking something like this!

Mix everything together into your blender or magic bullet until everything is mixed evenly.
 Last but not least- ENJOY!

    1. fruits carry special nutrients and natural sugars that are good for you, almond milk has a lot of calcium, and flax is good for the digestive system :)
