Scenes from the weekend

This weekend was supposed to be rained out....lucky for us- it wasn't at all! Friday was a bit muggy and wet, but Saturday was beautiful! It worked out well because we have been planning a horseback riding trip for over a month now. It ended up being a beautiful day, and we had a really great time...It's so peaceful going for a walk through the woods! There are some photos from horseback riding, and also some of the weekend itself..

I made these little tiny watermelon desserts on Friday!
Raspberry sorbet & chocolate chips inside a lime!
And of course for dinner, three cheese stuffed shells :)
 Alex's Mom feeling majestic

Overall it was such a great weekend, I love being able to do things since I have my time feels so limited...It was relaxing to spend some time out in the sun, and not inside
the hospital walls that I see 6 days a week...Did you do anything fun this weekend?
