Minnetonka For The Holidays : Christmas

I am so excited to share my final installation of Minnetonka For The Holidays!  If you want to see my two previous posts you can check out how I dressed up Thanksgiving, and a Christmas play my nephews were in. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays, so I had a lot of fun shooting this outfit. These boots are exactly what you think of when you think of Christmas...Warm, fuzzy and comfortable! I did a lot of running around the week of Christmas so these came in handy when I was doing all my shopping. It's been cold in NJ so the fur lining played a huge role in keeping my tootsies warm.

Christmas is usually pretty low key around here. We don't have too much family nearby so it's usually just us, the kids and now Ollie. Family and food is what it's really about anyway, right? I shot these earlier in the day before we chowed down and hung out around the house.

This coat was shipped over a few days before Christmas and I don't think I have taken it off since. The great thing about this coat is that it can be dressed up and down, and it still looks awesome! I feel like I am channeling the 70's and my inner Penny Lane (Almost Famous reference). Either way, it's fabulous and I feel like a little bear in it.

How have your holidays been? I am kinda happy they're over to be honest. I always fall off track a little and get wrapped up in them while they are going on that I feel like I get nothing done! I'm happy to be starting off 2014 with the right state of mind! Hope you all had a great holidays, and thanks again to Minnetonka for teaming up to bring you this awesome mini series.
