Better Than I Ever Knew

Some days just seem better than others, right? Yesterday was a very blah day for me. I finished off my night with a yoga/pilates class with my sister and it was exactly what I needed to relax. Between the trip, and my trip next week, and work it's all been a little overwhelming and tiresome. I took these photos right before the temperature dropped and today is actually a little cold (crazy right?) it's definitely pants wearing weather today, and I kinda love it. It's funny that in yesterday's post I am talking about how I miss fall and then today it's almost as if fall was brought to me just for a little while. Not complaining, I love it!

For those of you who asked about my new workout routine/eating clean I am hoping to add more recipes/features to my blog about that. I have only been working out again for about a month, but I really love it, and I would love to share the growing knowledge I am getting through books and online research. It's definitely a nice change to eat healthier and be more mindful about what goes into my body. I'm still in the beginning stages so not eating fried foods has been tough for me, but overall I like how it's making me feel. I even take classes which is pretty surprising considering I usually dislike group fitness. I am really enjoying them and they're a serious workout(sweaty maria).

Other then that not much going on around here, just planning for Austin! Hope you're all well, any plans for the weekend?

  3. Your dress is amazing! Getting into the habit of exercising more is hard! I walk a ton, but I started taking yoga classes a while back, which has been pretty nice overall.
